Set Up Conferences Pro¶
Conference Pro is the commercial conferences module. Adds web-based room management, scheduled conferences, dial-out invitations, mute/kick from a web console, and per-conference statistics. Free Conferences module is sufficient for ad-hoc rooms; Conference Pro is for routine business conferencing.
Commercial module
Conferences Pro requires a Sangoma commercial license. Confirm at System Admin → Module Admin (search for "Conference Pro" or "conferencespro"). The menu item won't show if not installed/licensed.

Common Issues¶
- Schedule doesn't fire. System cron isn't running, or the moderator's email failed (check Sysadmin → Email).
- Web console blank. UCP permissions don't include Conferences. Edit the user → enable Conferences widget.
- Recording not saved. Recording path full, or post-call hook failing. Check disk space and
/var/log/asterisk/full. - License expired. Module disables; revert to free Conferences.
